Some Vegan Love for AFI

As you know, we are huge music lovers here at Pizza Fusion world headquarters, aka The Mothership!  If you ever get the chance to get the secret code to our really top-secret green offices (1234) then you'd get a chance to experience one eclectic bunch of music fans.  From our CEO Mark Begelman (who is not only in a kick-ass rock-n-roll band, but has a song in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame) to our co-founder Vaughan(that's me), and to all the really important people that make this thing tick... PIZZA FUSION LOVES MUSIC! From Rock to House music, from jazz to indie, you can find it all pumping through the offices speakers 24/7.  Music makes the world a better place and there's even studies that support this theory.  And if this is true... everyone is smiling in the PF offices all the time! (This is all going somewhere, I promise)

Our offices are located in Fort Lauderdale, FL and we are fortunate to have a couple of great venues for music near by. And when we heard that AFI was coming to town, we immediately started making phone calls to our friends at Revolution Live to make sure the boys from the band were well sorted out for some delicious vegan & organic food from our local Pizza Fusion.  The singer for AFI, Davey Havok, and the bassist, Hunter are vegan. The drummer, Adam Carson, and the guitarist, Jade Puget are vegetarian (according to our sources).  We know how hard it must be to get good vegan and vegetarian treats while touring so we felt it was our civic duty to be that support system. (We're good like that!)  We hope the guys enjoyed the vegan pizza and salads we sent over and wish them continued awesomeness for the rest of their tour... which appears to never stop btw.

Don't forget to check out their new album "Crash Love" which just hit shelves and servers last month! It's a keeper.

Gotta love Google Alerts! This morning we saw a re-Tweet (for all you Twitter addicts... like me) that Hunter enjoyed the vegan pizza...

"Rock band AFI's bass player declares Ft. Lauderdale's Pizza Fusion "best vegan pizza on tour." @PizzaFusion"

Well Hunter, pleasure was all ours... thanks for touring like madmen and providing us all with kick-ass choons! (can I say kick-ass on here?)
