Pizza Fusion Grand Opening in South Beach Miami

We are very proud to announce that we are up and cranking in South Beach Miami, Florida. Our South Beach location opened to much hoop-la with the type of Grand Opening celebration you would expect in Miami. From some of our local celebs to a few pro athletes, it appeared everyone was "in the house". We had a wonderful turnout and got to meet many of the locals who will make us famous! A HUGE thank you to our friends from Shipyard Brewing Co. and Parducci Wines for all their support.  Our guests were served up complimentary cocktails and delicious organic pizza while jamming out to the sounds of Miami's own DJ Saint Chill.

Thank you all for an amazing launch and if you missed it, we are open 7 days a week and wicked late on the weekends! We are conveniently located at 1115 5th Street Miami Beach, in The Shops at 5th & Alton!

Best of Green 2011

Happy Earth Day Fusion Fans! We're so excited to share with you the honor of being in TreeHugger's Best of Green 2011! We were bestowed Best Practices by a Chain Restaurant in their third annual awards. We're honored for the recognition, and hope that it helps us continue to spread the word and inspire everyone to go a little greener every day!

Pizza Fusion's slogan -- 'Saving the Earth One Pizza at a Time' -- may seem glib, like a cliche, but they really walk the talk.

Just take a look at the huge list of top-to-bottom green efforts: Organic ingredients; biodegradable utensils; hybrid delivery cars; organic cotton apparel and uniforms for their employees; building to LEED certification standards...the list just keeps going, but it's clear that Pizza Fusion is committed to greener practices from start to finish -- they even offer a takeback program for their used pizza boxes.

This week we ran a LivingSocial promo for our stores in Weston and Fort Lauderdale, and were humbled and amazed at the support we received. We broke the record for most restaurant vouchers sold in Fort Lauderdale (922) in half the time it took to set it!!! That's a LOT of delicious, organic pizza to go around. We'd like to take the opportunity to thank our fusion-heads and tell you again how much we freakin' love you!

What could be better than hot, delicious, organic pizza and a cold glass of sustainable beer, you ask? Well, how about helping out a great cause just by eating it? Yeah, we thought you’d agree ;-)

 

Speaking of supporting great causes, the folks over at Pizza Fusion Skypoint in Tampa sure do love their community! In the last month they’ve hosted fundraising and community events for amazing organizations like the American Marketing Association Tampa Bay Chapter, ActGreen – who provides baskets of green products to underprivileged families, and the philanthropic group Tampa Connection, just to name a few. Now that’s some good karma right there!
