Pizza Fusion was created in the best interest of the individual and the environment. When originally designing the menu, Vaughan Lazar and Michael Gordon, founders of Pizza Fusion, wanted everyone to enjoy the good taste of their delicious food. So they did their research and sought out tasty alternatives that allowed individuals with food allergies, selective diets and digestive intolerances to indulge at Pizza Fusion. The end result was a menu to be enjoyed by all which has made us especially popular amongst our vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose intolerant friends alike.
Our Gluten-Free Pizza
We cater to many customers with gluten intolerance with our gluten-free crust. We use a mixture of garbanzo bean, fava bean and rice flour to make our gluten-free and vegan pizza crust, and our sauce and cheese are gluten-free as well. Our gluten-free friends are always happy to know that they can order almost any topping, excluding only barbeque sauce and sausage. Our gluten-free pizza is one of the best on the market. Its great taste is a reflection of our dedication to using quality ingredients and spending the time and energy to perfect our products.
We also serve a variety of salads and melt-in-your-mouth gluten-free brownies to accompany your gluten-free pizza, as well as offer a gluten-free beer made from Sorghum instead of barley. There are many options at Pizza Fusion that fit the special dietary needs of the gluten-free community.

We proudly offer 2 truly vegan cheese alternatives to accompany our wide variety of organic veggie toppings. Our sauce is always vegan and our doughs are vegan, as well. We make vegetarian wraps and sandwiches, salads, and breadsticks, and we have gluten-free vegan brownies for dessert that are oh so good!
